Congratulations! You’ve searched our promotional products and found the perfect item for your promotion. Now to make it yours, follow the steps in the CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRODUCT section to complete your order:

• Select the quantity that you are interested in ordering.
• Select the item color.
• Imprint Method – If multiple imprint methods are available for an item, please choose the one you would like.
• Imprint Color – Select the color of your imprint. If you need multiple colors please call sales at 888-604-5585 to confirm the item is able to print multiple colors.
• Upload your artwork and/or type in your text. If you are having issues with either you can call 888-604-5585 and a sales representative can assist you or you can email your artwork to art@imageact.com once you have placed the order.
• Due Date – Select when you want the items delivered. If you need the items earlier than the predicted delivery date please call sales at 888-604-5585 to confirm we can meet your due date.
• There will be a list to the right with all of the information that you selected. Confirm that this is correct and then select Add to Cart.
• Once you have added the item to your cart. You will be asked if you would like to Checkout, View Your Cart or Continue Shopping. Please select the option that best describes how you would like to proceed.
• When you are ready to check out, you will be asked to sign into your account. Now you will be able to confirm the shipping address and make changes to this address if needed.
• You will now be able to enter a discount code as well. You can receive discount codes if you sign up for the Imageact newsletter.
• You will be asked to enter your credit card information. You are able to edit your billing address here as well.
• Once you’ve completed these steps, select Process Payment and Submit Order.
• When your order is submitted it is placed on hold so that the art department can start work on your virtual proof Once you receive the proof you can approve it and the order is sent to production or you can make changes and we will send you a new proof. Should you decide to cancel the order, it must be done before you approve the art proof. We will then refund you for your order
