Imageact doesn’t require you to upload files and move them around on the screen. We want you to spend your time finding just the right product for your needs. We’ll handle the artwork for you — just send us the files by email or a hard copy by mail. Our skilled graphic artists will catch unforeseen problems, make recommendations, and review your artwork and lay it out for you on a virtual proof.

Decorating Method Accepted Artwork Files
PhotoGrafixx, Sublimation, Heat Transfer, Digital mouse pad heat transfer and offset printing Adobe Illustrator (AI) file, vector format with all text (fonts) converted to outlines. Please save as .eps, .pdf or native .ai file.

It is strongly recommended that artwork layers are clearly separated and colors are clearly defined. If precise color matching is required, please create design with Pantone matched spot colors or include the Pantone numbers that are to be matched.

Embroidery Tajima DST files, Wilcom EMB files

Image Resolution and Quality: If vector art is not available, please send us the high resolution images – 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the size you’d like the image printed. Example: Your logo will be printed on a water bottle at 3″ wide, so we’d need either print-ready vector artwork or an image at 3″ wide at 300 dpi.

If precise color matching is required, please create design with Pantone matched spot colors or include the Pantone numbers that are to be matched.

Unsupported Art File Formats: QuarkXPress, PageMaker®, InDesign, Freehand®, Microsoft® Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) will also not be recognized through the art acceptance process.

Note: Artwork clean-up, touch-ups, typesetting or resizing is free, but is not available on some orders. If your artwork is not vector artwork and is low resolution or low quality we may have to spend extra time converting your artwork to clean, print-ready art, a time-consuming process which may delay rush orders. If we are unable to convert your low quality artwork, we may need to contact you and ask for a better quality image. Without a high quality image, we cannot guarantee a high quality print so we will always do our best to either convert your image to print-ready vector art or contact you with any issues prior to printing.

If you do submit your artwork as low-resolution graphics, it may be subject to recreation charges necessary to recreate the artwork as a print ready graphic. In this case, we will notify you and provide an estimate.
